How to Hire
Step by Step Guide:
with Hire by Her.
Step 1: Enquire via Instagram
Send a DM to @hirebyher with the item you're interested in and the date you’d like to book it for.
Step 2: Try On & Choose Delivery
You can try on the item in person before booking. Choose between free local pickup from Cronulla or postage for $30 (includes express shipping and return).
Step 3: Secure Your Booking
Lock in the item by paying either the full rental amount or a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before pickup or postage.
Step 4: Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message the week of your hire to arrange final payment, pickup, or postage.
Step 5: Wear with Care
Treat the garment as if it’s your own. Don’t wash or alter it after wearing.
Step 6: Return on Time
Return the item unwashed within 1–2 days of wearing, or post it back the next business day.

Booking a try-on is easy! Simply click the button below and you will be redirected to the Hire by Her Try-on Appointment booking system:

Try-ons are available on weekdays and some Saturday mornings.

Choose between a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment slot.

24 hours your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation message with the address, your selected time, and a few basic do’s and don’ts.
